The 4th International Conference on Tunnel Boring Machines in Difficult Grounds (TBM DiGs 2019) venue will provide ample high-quality exhibition space. Exhibits from companies, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, and others involved with tunnel boring machines or related industries are welcome.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars. All payments are expected in US Dollars.
Exhibitor Area Facilities
Two types of exhibition facilities are available.
Exhibit Booth
Each exhibit booth will have the following:
- Reserved booth measuring approximately 10 feet by 10 feet
- One skirted table
- Two chairs
- Pipe and drape (sides 3 feet x 8 feet; backdrop 10 feet x 8 feet); exhibitors can use their own pop-ups and backdrops
- Electricity (120 VAC 60Hz); exhibitors must supply their own extension cords and plug strips
- Internet access (may be Wi-Fi and/or Ethernet depending upon location)
Exhibit Table Top
Each exhibit table top will have the following:
- Table top space only (smaller than booth; no provision for backdrops or pop-ups)
- One skirted table
- Two chairs
- Electricity (120 VAC 60Hz); exhibitors must supply their own extension cords and plug strips
- Internet access (may be Wi-Fi and/or Ethernet depending upon location)

Schedule
Each exhibitor will be expected to conform to the following schedule:
- Set-up: Thursday, November 14 • 7:00 AM -8:00 AM
Exhibition
Thursday, November 14 • 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday, November 15 • 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Tear-down: Friday, November 15 • 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Fees and Registration
Registration for exhibitor space will open soon. Space is limited; therefore applications will be accepted in the order received.
- Exhibitor registration :: single booth, inside banquet hall (register and pay by June 30, 2019): $3,000 USD
- Exhibitor registration :: single booth, inside banquet hall (register and pay after June 30, 2019): $3,500 USD
- Exhibitor registration :: single booth, outside banquet hall (register and pay by June 30, 2019): $2,500 USD
- Exhibitor registration :: single booth, outside banquet hall (register and pay after June 30, 2019): $3,000 USD
- Exhibitor registration :: table top: $2,000 USD
Each registration includes the following:
- Admission to the exhibition area for 1 person
- Admission to the Conference technical sessions for 1 person
- Conference dinners (Thursday and Friday) for 1 person
- Reception on Wednesday for 1 person
- Exhibitor's name and logo in the printed and digital program
- Exhibitor's logo on the Conference website
Admission to the exhibition area for additional booth staff is available for $175 USD per person. Additional booth staff can purchase dinners for $75 USD per dinner per person.

Policies concerning modification or cancellation of an exhibitor registration are the same as those for Conference registrants — except that the cancellation service fee will be 20% of the exhibitor registration fee. Learn more...
Security
Each exhibitor shall be responsible for providing security for their possessions present in their designated area. Neither the event organizers, the owner/operator of the Conference venue, nor Continuing and Professional Education Services can be held responsible for theft of or damage to a exhibitor's possessions. Exhibitors are encouraged not to leave their area unattended and/or to remove their possessions from the area during periods when the area is unattended.

The hotel cannot store crates, pallets, or large shipments. Materials sent to the hotel must not arrive earlier than November 11, 2019. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage to materials received at the hotel prior to November 11, 2019, nor will it be responsible for materials remaining at the hotel after November 16, 2019.
Return of Exhibit Material
If exhibit material is to be return shipped, it is the exhibitor's responsibility to arrange a pick-up by the carrier of exhibitor's choice. All material must be removed from the hotel no later than November 16, 2019.
