To realize the full benefit of sponsorship, sponsors are requested to make the submittals listed below:

• Sponsor's logo: Use the sponsors website to upload a logo file. This upload should be accomplished at the time the sponsorship is established to ensure that the logo is installed on the event website as soon as possible.
• Description: A description of the sponsoring company or organization should be provided through the sponsor website at the time the sponsorship is established, but no later than October 1, 2019.
